Broadlex Air Services professional development initiatives combine work-based competency activities with formal education and training.

Our training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and nationally recognised competency standards.

The Broadlex induction program comprises of two components; Company Induction and Client Induction.

Company inductions are generally conducted on site by experienced Station Managers, where safe work methods, HR Procedures, equipment and materials can be safely demonstrated. New recruits receive a Broadlex Induction Manual containing extensive information regarding OHS, risk management, professional conduct and safe working procedures, task instructions, team work schedules, HR Policy and procedures.
