Broadlex Air Services
professional development initiatives combine work-based activities with formal
education and training. Our
training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with the Australian
Qualifications Framework (AQF) and nationally recognised competency standards.
Broadlex Air Services managers
ensure all cleaners are appropriately trained before they are placed onsite, attending
regular 'train-the-trainer' courses themselves so they are properly qualified
to lead and motivate others. The
Broadlex Air Services induction program comprises two components; Company Induction
and Site Induction. Company
inductions are generally conducted at our training facility in Artarmon, where
equipment and materials can be safely demonstrated. New recruits receive a Broadlex Air Services
Induction Manual containing extensive information regarding OHS, risk management,
professional conduct and safe working procedures, to industry background, task
instructions and team work schedules. Each
employee is assessed after Company Induction to ensure he/she demonstrates adequate
knowledge and aptitude before progressing to Site Induction. Site induction programs
are fully tailored to suit the requirements of each unique property. |
