People
are fundamental in maintaining solid business relationships, so Broadlex strives
to keep our employees satisfied and empowered. Our focus on staff development
ensures Broadlex employees feel genuinely valued. A
sense of purpose and belonging motivates employees to stay with Broadlex. And
because our cleaning teams are rarely hampered by unexpected staff absences, they
work as cohesive units to deliver a consistent service. With
numerous opportunities for training and advancement, Broadlex staff, who are a
diverse and multicultural combination of many nationalities and ethnic
backgrounds, including members of our indigenous communities are empowered
to initiate service improvements because they are accountable for achieving performance
targets, they are inspired by a genuine feeling of responsibility for retaining
service contracts. Our
Joint Managing Directors George Tsivis and Angela Sakellis founded the company
over 35 years ago. Over
the years the company has grown steadily by developing and nurturing a loyal client
base that spans over diverse markets. Having steered the company through changing
economic climates, George and Angela are adept at anticipating and responding
to our clients' needs and requirements. George
