Broadlex
professional development initiatives combine work-based activities with formal
education and training. Our
training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with the Australian
Qualifications Framework (AQF) and nationally recognised competency standards.
Broadlex managers
ensure all cleaners are appropriately trained before they are placed onsite.
Broadlex managers attend
'train-the-trainer' courses themselves so they are properly qualified
to lead and motivate others. The
Broadlex induction program comprises of two components; Company Induction
and Site Induction. Company
inductions are generally conducted on site, where
equipment and materials can be safely demonstrated. New recruits receive a Broadlex
Induction Manual containing extensive information regarding OHS, risk management,
professional conduct and safe working procedures, task
instructions and team work schedules. Each
employee is assessed after the Company Induction to ensure he/she demonstrates adequate
competency. Site induction programs
are fully tailored to suit the requirements of each unique site. |
